Return to Sender...

Today I got a Christmas card in the mail! It's OCTOBER... who could be sending their cards so early??

Well, it's actually not 3 months early, it's 9 months late...

Last Dec. 14, I sent out close to 50 Christmas cards... and today, October 20, I recieved one back that was sent to Waterloo, Canada. What have they been doing with it for 9 months? Did it take them that long to realize the location doesn't exist?

A little close to home...

This evening I was informed of the death of an American Soldier a little too close to home...

He was the son of my mom's co-worker. They worked together for over 30 years, and my mom has pretty much watched him grow up...

Luckily, I do not know many people who have gone over to Iraq, and haven't even experienced much death at all of family or friends... so when someone I know of has passed away, it hits home...

Please pray for the Pearson family as they grieve the loss of their brave son.
